One plan per account. Admins and members never pay, and completed projects don't count towards your plan.
Plans are monthly and bought in the app through the App Store or Google Play. They renew until you cancel.
UK prices include VAT at 20%. The price you pay is the one the App Store or Google Play shows when you subscribe.
For business buyers, prices without VAT are £12 a month for Professional and £70, £200 or £400 a month for Business.
Questions about plans
What is a live project?
A project you're still working on. When you complete a project it stops counting towards your plan, and its photos and reports stay on Thanex Web.
Do team members pay?
No. Only the person who owns the company pays for Business. Admins and members join free, and there's no user limit.
Can I have more than one plan?
No. Each Thanex account has one plan at a time: Free, Professional or one size of Business. Business includes everything in Professional.
How do Business sizes work?
Choose how many company projects can be live at once: 3, 10 or Unlimited. If you own more than one company, they share the same limit. Your personal workspace has unlimited live projects on every paid plan.
How do I buy or change a plan?
In the Thanex app, through the App Store or Google Play. Plans are monthly and renew until you cancel, and you can cancel any time in the store you paid through.
What happens to my company if I stop paying for Business?
Nothing is deleted. Your companies become view-only, so everyone can still open and download photos, reports and tasks, but nobody can add new ones. Move back to Business and they're active again straight away.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. UK prices include VAT at 20%, and the price you pay is the one the App Store or Google Play shows when you subscribe. Without VAT, Professional is £12 a month and Business is £70, £200 or £400 a month. In other countries, the store shows the price and tax for where you are.
