Evidence that holds up.
A photo without a timestamp, a location, and a clear audit trail is just a picture. It proves nothing in a dispute. Nothing in an audit. Nothing in court.
Photos are not evidence by default
Most work photos are taken on personal phones, compressed through group chats, and saved to local camera rolls. By the time they are needed, the timestamps are unreliable, the location data has been stripped, and nobody can say for certain who took the photo or when.
That is not evidence. That is a picture.
The gap between a photo and evidence is metadata. Most tools lose it. Thanex preserves it.

Photos cannot be deleted. Only invalidated.
Once a photo is captured in Thanex, it cannot be deleted. If the photo is wrong or no longer relevant, it can be marked as invalidated, removing it from standard views while preserving the original file and metadata.
Nobody can quietly destroy evidence. Nobody can make a photo disappear because it no longer suits them.
Invalidation is auditable. Deletion is not. We chose the one that protects the business.
Original file and metadata preserved. Action recorded.
Every photo has a chain of proof
Each photo carries the timestamp of capture, the device that took it, the project it belongs to, the Photo Type that categorised it, and the context tags that described it.
When a dispute arrives, you hand over the photo and the chain of proof travels with it. When a compliance auditor asks for evidence, the full record is there. When a claim is challenged, you have structured proof, not a compressed image in a group chat.
Built for construction, insurance, healthcare, facilities, and every industry where evidence is everything.

Questions you might have
Three things. Immutable metadata captured at the moment of shutter. No editing of the image. No deletion (photos can be invalidated but never removed). Together these give every photo a verifiable chain of proof.
